When Lacey Buchanan sat down over lunch with a camera and notebook, she had no idea that her story of love for her son, Christian, would grab the world's attention. Years later, millions have viewed the short video and heard the beginning of Christian's story.

Christian was born with a medical condition that is so incredibly unique, it’s one of only fifty known cases in the world. After the birth of Christian, who has profound disabilities, Lacey dedicated her life to advocating for the vulnerable and sharing a message of hope with the world.

Lacey received her Juris Doctorate in 2016 from Nashville School of Law and is currently practicing civil litigation as an Associate of Mitchell and Mitchell, Attorneys at Law, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

She is the author of two books, Through the Eyes of Hope and 40 Days of Hope.

Lacey lives in Middle Tennessee with her husband, Chris, and two boys, Christian (11) and Chandler (8).
