As a National Black Pro-Life leader, Reverend Walter Hoye speaks for those who have no voice, understands that abortion takes the life of a child, an innocent human being, views the woman and child as one and demands men embrace their biblical roles as protector and provider.
Walter made headlines in 2009 when he was arrested for passing out pro-life information at an abortion facility in Oakland, California. Rev. Hoye’s peaceful action earned him a 30-day sentence in Alameda County’s Santa Rita Jail. His conviction has since been overturned.
Walter travels around the country and the world, full time, to convey a unique pro-life message only he can share. He is a widely requested speaker who addresses the "Pro-Life Movement" with special emphasis on the impact of "Abortion in the Black America", "Personhood" and the "Role of Men Meeting the Physical and Spiritual Needs of Women". Walter strongly believes … "The church must be reminded that it is not the master or the servant of the state, but rather the conscience of the state. It must be the guide and the critic of the state, and never its tool. If the church does not recapture its prophetic zeal, it will become an irrelevant social club without moral or spiritual authority." — Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Strength to Love, 1963.
“Walter did a wonderful job all the way around. We have had numerous comments about how great his presentation was.”
