Greg Leith’s mission in life is “to strengthen & link together the great Christian leaders, ideas and organizations of our time, both in ministry and in the marketplace, around the world so that the kingdom causes of Jesus Christ can be exponentially accelerated.”

Greg is part of the leadership team at Biola University, a 100 year old Christian higher education institution, where he serves as the Director of Business and Corporate Relations. He is responsible build authentic partnerships and secure financial investment for the University.

Greg and his wife Shelley are the parents of five children, ages 15 to 21, who make sure they’re blessed, challenged and aware of what's really important in life. Greg and Shelley have been married for 28 years, reside in southern California and attend Saddleback Community Church.

Greg’s career spans thirty years of corporate, nonprofit, and academic experience in senior leadership roles and he consults nationally and internationally in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. He served in senior leadership and business ownership roles for 20 years with The ServiceMaster Company, a Fortune 500 multi-national health care management and franchising firm. In 1998 he transitioned to a vocational ministry role where he served as the Vice President of Arrow Leadership which develops young Christian leaders worldwide. He then served as the Director of Leadership Development for Christian Leadership Alliance where he created learning experiences for over 3,500 of the most influential Christian organizations in the world. He is also a certified Life Coach with Life Purpose Coaching Centers International.

He’s served as a board member with many non-profit organizations such as Youth for Christ and The Barnabas Group, which connects non-profit ministries to marketplace leaders and Wheatstone Academy, a summer conference for high school leaders, OC Ministries and Biola University in Canada. Greg is the Chairman of the Board of Christian Credit Counselors that assists thousands of people to get out of debt.

Greg has authored articles which have appeared in print and electronic publications around the world including Christianity Today, Rick Warren’s Pastors.com website, Enrichment Journal, Generous Giving, Christian Management Association, Church Executive and The Charity Channel.

He and Shelley love to communicate how God's truths can change lives, businesses, marriages and families as they help people come to know and fulfill their life purpose. They have appeared on Family Life’s television program, Marriage UnCensored which airs nationally and have spoken to audiences for almost 20 years in small towns and large cities across North America where they share God’s blueprint for marriage and family at Campus Crusade’s, Family Life ‘Weekend to Remember’ marriage conferences.
